Niles-Buchanan YMCA Invites The Community to Annual Fall Festival

The Niles-Buchanan YMCA will host a Fall Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 27th Noon - 2:30. The free outdoor community event is appropriate for all ages and will feature old fashioned activities for the whole family including: ring the squash, pumpkin toss, hayrides, sawdust scramble, the pumpkin dance and so much more.

The Y will also be offering a Family Rugged Challange featuring a potato sack rack, wheel-barrow race, leap frog, tug of war, tire trek and funniest team uniform contest. All ages are welcome to participate and families should preregister.

This event is also part of the National Make a Difference Day and will feature a drop off of recyclables, a career clothes and food drive, and the creation of Thanksgiving Day cards for Meals on Wheels. You can also contact the Y now about volunteering to help with the day's activities

August 11 & 12. Racing begins at 9am both days.
Come out and watch kids from 5-16 years old fly around the race track in quarter midget race cars! Cheer on your favorite drivers and see who takes home the trophies! It’s fast and it’s fun! Between races, play a game of laser tag or test your skills on the National Guard’s Obstacle Course. Concessions available and admission to the park is FREE!!! Our beginning soccer classes will teach the fundamentals of soccer. These skills include shooting, dribbling, kicking,passing, trapping, listening and game rules. Class components include warm-up, instruction and non-competitive team play.
