IU Health Goshen Heart Failure Support Group

Greencroft Community Center at 1721 Greencroft Blvd in Goshen.
The next meeting of the Heart Failure Support Group will feature Norma Monik, RN, MS, MBA, Fitness and Nutrition Coordinator for IU Health Goshen Hospital Community Wellness and Education. Ms. Monik will be presenting information on activity and exercise options for persons with heart failure. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate during the meeting in simple, fun, effective exercises at a level appropriate for each individual’s condition, which can then be continued at home on an ongoing basis.
The Heart Failure Support Group is open to all persons with heart failure and their families, as well as anyone with interest in attending. It is a place to share common experiences and concerns in a supportive, friendly group atmosphere. A Clinical Nurse Specialist is available to answer your questions and to provide information to enhance your management of heart failure. The group meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month from 10 am-11 am at Greencroft Community Center. There is no fee and no need to register.
