Congressman Fred Upton says he is against the FCC's net neutrality ruling and will fight the regulation.
According to our reporting partners at WSJM, Upton says subcommittees in the House Energy and Commerce Committee will look into the new regulation, which was passed on Tuesday.
Net neutrality allows free access to any website. Those in favor says it's to prevent service providers from blocking sites, but Upton says it will hurt free market innovation and kill jobs.
