The newest company to make sparks in Elkhart has its second customer.
Th!nk North America delivered 17 new Th!nk city cars to three central Indiana utility companies Thursday.
It is just the beginning of the new project Plug-In which will eventually equip government entities in the Indianapolis metro area with 100 new electric cars.
Last month, Th!nk handed out its first 15 electric cars to the Indiana DNR to be used at state parks.
On Wednesday, Th!nk announced they will hire 70 more people by the end of this year.
