For now, it's a dream come true for fantasy football players.
Yahoo and the union representing NFL players have reached a settlement on a dispute over the use of players' names, stats, photos and other information on Yahoo's online fantasy gridiron game.
Details of the deal weren't released -- and the agreement leaves open the possibility that Yahoo could file suit on the issue in the future.
The union representing major league baseball players lost a similar case when an appeals court ruled that a fantasy baseball company didn't have to pay players, even though they make money from players who register in the fantasy leagues.
