A group of schools in Utah are looking to get tough on bullies. The schools have set up a Web site that lets students report bullies without having to give their names.
The site was set up by a student at Brigham Young University. Justin Bergener says he hopes students who might be too scared or shy to speak up to a school official in person will be willing to post what they know about bullies, thefts, drugs and harassment on the site. He notes there is a "culture and code of silence" when it comes to telling on fellow students, especially in middle and high schools.
Nearly 50 schools in other states are also using the Web site.
