You may know that Dave & Busters is a restaurant chain that features various types of video games and other arcade-style attractions.

But authorities in New York say three men are being charged with taking up another type of computer activity at the chain: hacking.

The men are accused of hacking into the chain's computerized cash registers and stealing credit card information from customers.

Federal prosecutors say eleven Dave & Buster's restaurants around the U.S. were victimized by the scheme. One site on New York's Long Island netted information on 5,000 credit and debit cards.

Dave & Busters has 50 locations around the country.
