With a win Sunday, Tom Brady will join Terry Bradshaw and Notre Dame icon Joe Montana will four Super Bowl rings---the most all time.
Saturday night, Montana told me he wouldn't mind if Brady catches him.
"He doesn't have anything to prove," Montana told me on the red carpet at the NFL Honors event, which aired live on WNDU. "Even though I think they are going to win, the thing is he'll probably be here a couple more times so he'll probably blow it all away. So good luck to him and i hope he does it."
Montana's all time favorite target Jerry Rice says there's no point in comparing the two but feels Brady must be recognized as one of the greatest if he wins again.
"You have to put him up there," Rice explained. "It would be his 4th. He has two MVP's already. This is his 5th super bowl in 11 years. You'd have to put him up there. He's doing incredible things on the football field."
