A beautiful salad for any mother - and it's quick and easy to make! Chef Steve from Victorian Pantry in Granger shares the Mother's Day recipe.

You'll need three cups of mandarin oranges (peeled, pulled apart). One red onion, sliced. Two stalks of celery. ¼ cup of ground pistachios and ¼ cup of chopped pistachios. 1/5 teaspoon cracked pepper; 1 tablespoon ground pepper. Six tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Mix gently and the salad is complete!
