After graduating from Notre Dame, Louis Leo Holtz, Jr. got a pretty good post-graduate education at both Colorado State and Florida State. Skip returned to Notre Dame to join his dad's staff with the Irish. After several seasons with the Irish, he became the head coach at UConn.
Now Skip is the head coach at South Florida after having found conference championship success at East CArolina.
