Kevin Lewis joined NewsCenter 16 in May 2010 as a general assignment reporter.
Kevin comes to Michiana from KOMU-TV, the NBC affiliate in Columbia, Missouri where he worked as a reporter and anchor for three years. While at KOMU, Kevin uncovered major flaws in the Missouri sex offender registry and had multiple reports air on CNN.
Before working professionally, Kevin interned at television stations across the world including, ABC 7 Chicago, CBS 2 Chicago and Sky News Australia. He also dabbled in radio as a news reporter for KBIA-FM, the NPR affiliate in Columbia, Missouri.
Kevin is a proud Mizzou Tiger! He graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism with a Broadcast Journalism degree.
Kevin is from Naperville, Illinois, a quick two-hour drive from Michiana. "Of course that’s only if you’re lucky enough to avoid the Toll Road traffic!", he adds jokingly.
