Manti focused on winning for seniors, not on possibility of his last home game

When Notre Dame faces Boston College on Saturday, it will be the last time star players like Harrison Smith and Michael Floyd will play football at Notre Dame Stadium.

Linebacker Manti Te'o says he will do whatever it takes to send those guys off with a win, but has the junior linebacker considered this could be his last game in South Bend should he decide to move on to the NFL?

"I haven't really thought about that yet,” said Te’o. “I think, for me, this game was never about me. It was always about the other guys on my team, Harrison, Darius, Floyd, those guys, just getting them out with a win."

Te’o and the Irish take on the Eagles Saturday at 4:00 p.m. at Notre Dame Stadium. Countdown to Kickoff gets started at 3:00 p.m. on Channel 16.
