Saturday’s long tailgating hours are forcing law enforcement to ramp up their patrols before, during and after tomorrow's football game.
Lots will still be open at their regular time, officially 8 a.m., some fans always arrive earlier.
Parents and students will be coming back from fall break, so the university wanted the tailgating tradition to continue.
At least 18 officers from the DUI Task Force will be working, paid for with grant money from the governor's office.
