Notre Dame's first 3-0 start in 10 years has resulted in the Irish moving up nine spots in the latest Associated Press poll to #11 in the country.
The Irish defeated previously 10th ranked Michigan State 20-3 in East Lansing Saturday night. The Spartans dropped 11 spots to #21.
Notre Dame will host #18 Michigan Saturday night at Notre Dame Stadium. Coverage begins on WNDU-TV with NewsCenter 16 at 6 on Saturday night, followed by Countdown to Kickoff at 6:30 and then the Irish and Wolverines at 7:30.
Three other future Notre Dame opponents are in the top 25. Oklahoma is 6th while Stanford moves all the way to #9 after its upset win over USC. The Trojans drop to 13th. BYU dropped out of the top 25 after a loss to Utah.
