Mishawaka's Anna Rohrer has another championship under her belt.
The Sophomore Sensation might as well have been racing by herself, dominating the competition in the 3200 meter run Saturday night in Bloomington.
Rohrer won the IHSAA State Title with a remarkable time of 10 minutes and 20.68 seconds in the 2-mile run, 20 seconds better than the 2nd place finisher.
It's the 2nd high school state championship for Rohrer who won her other title in Cross Country in the fall. Rohrer went on to win the Foot Locker National Championship in Cross Country in December.
She still has some to strive for. Rohrer finished 0.3 seconds off the state record in the 3200 meter run.
South Bend Riley's Ayinna Gaines finished 2nd in the 400 meter run with a time of 55.94 seconds. Lakeville native Leah Heckaman finished 5th in the discus and Clay's Michelle Adeniyi was 9th in the high jump.
