The Concord Minutemen have had as much success over the last two years as just about anyone in Michiana. After two straight trips to Semi-State, the expectations remain high for the Minutemen.
"Last year we had a huge huge year, just like the year before," senior offensive lineman Chris Hartpence says. "We all strive for greatness you know and want to win--it feels good to wear Concord across your chest especially with the tradition that we have."
"We know there is a bullseye on us and that's OK," Dawson says. "I tell our players you have to stay hungry and hungry for our success and hopefully getting those patches for your jacket and winning those conference championships and sectionals because its very very difficult and never gets old."
Concord opens the season against Washington on August 22nd.
