High school football begins on Friday night.
After a 2-8 season in 2011, the Adams Eagles are hoping for big things this year.
Adams enters year two under Craig Redman and return eight starters on each side of the ball. The Eagles are in search of their first winning season since 1993.
"We've got really good leadership this year--that's pretty much sophomores, juniors, and seniors," Redman explains. "We don't a have a true, one person standing out that's a vocal leader. Everybody's taking a part of it. And really what the common goal is is a winning season so we've all kind of pulled together."
Adams opens the season at Northridge on Friday.
