Despite suffering their first loss of the season last week, the Edwardsburg Eddies celebrated homecoming week Wednesday night with a bonfire and a 16 Spirit Award presentation.

The Eddies, 4-1 on the season, have had amazing school spirit all season long. The student body goes so far as to have theme nights on how to dress based on the opponent they are facing. Against White Pigeon--they were Cowboys. Against the Buchanan Bucks, they were deer hunters.

On the field, Edwardsburg is getting it done too. Last year, they were 4-5, losing each game by a touchdown or less. This year, things are different and the Eddies are on the verge of qualifying for the post-season.

Edwardsburg will host Coloma Friday night at 7pm.
