16 Spirit Award: Week Two – POLLS ARE CLOSED

Football season heads into week two and the 16 Spirit Award needs to find a home.

Our Pizza Hut Spotlight Game of the Week is in Rochester, where the Zebras are facing off against the Plymouth Pilgrims. The Zebras are coming off a big win to kick off the season and they’re hoping to score a victory and maybe claim a 16 Spirit Award along the way.

It’s opening night for high school football in Michigan, in Coloma the Comets are taking on Watervliet in their 101st game. The Panther faithful will be pumped, but can the Comet crowd excite their team to a victory and a 16 Spirit Award?

And at Dickinson Stadium the Marshall Redhawks are taking on the St. Joe Bears. The Bears are hoping for a victory backed by enough school pride to take home a 16 Spirit Award.

Back in Indiana, it’s an NIC match-up as Marian hosts Riley. Both the Wildcats and the Knights are coming off week one losses and are looking to get a W. Marian’s relying on the Knights fans to cheer their team onto a victory and collect a 16 Spirit Award.

Finally, the St. Joe Indians are taking on Clay this week. The Colonials are coming off a close win over Washington, while St. Joe is recouping from a hard loss to Indianapolis Ben Davis. Clay is hoping to keep up the win streak and take home a 16 Spirit Award in the process.
