The Ohio State bound Tanner Tully out of Elkhart Central has been named Indiana's Mr. Baseball for 2013. Tully lead his team to a State Championship and a 32-1 record this past season.
Tully was 10-1 on the mound with an ERA of 0.30 while striking out 120 batters in his 70 innings of work. When he wasn't one the mound he was doing serious damage at the plate. He batted .495 with 10 home runs, 30 RBI's, and 47 runs scored.
Mr. Baseball will receive his award August 7th at the team banquet and will report to Ohio State where he will play outfield on August 16th.
