The Irish women's basketball team is 14-0, 2-0 in the ACC and ranked 2nd in the country but now is the time when ND really learns who they are.
Muffet's Squad hits the road Sunday to battle Virginia in Charlottesville. Not only is it Notre Dame's first ACC road game, it's the first of six road games in eight games for the Irish over the next three and a half weeks.
"The sign of a good team is a team that plays consistent home and away and I don't think we are there yet," Irish coach Muffet McGraw said this week. "This stretch is going to show us a lot about who we are going to be the rest of the year."
ND absolutely crushed Boston College 95-53 Thursday at Purcell Pavilion. After Sunday's 2pm game against Virginia, the Irish will go on the road to face Pitt next Thursday and then the Irish are at Tennessee on January 20th.
