Lighting strike moves Memorial-Plymouth football game to Saturday

Friday night's Memorial-Plymouth varsity football game scheduled to be played at Charger Field has been moved to Saturday night at 7:30pm because a transformer was hit by lightning at Memorial's Football Stadium.

Lights aren't currently operating at Charger Field but school officials say parts will arrive on Friday, and they have all expectations that the stadium will be ready to go for Saturday night.

Memorial's freshman football game set for Thursday night has been moved to Warsaw due to the incident.
