The Leprechaun Legion, Notre Dame's athletic spirit student group, will distribute 7,500 white leis to Notre Dame students at the Friday night pep rally prior to the Notre Dame-Michigan football game.
The leis are designed as a show of support for Irish senior linebacker Manti Te'o, who lost both his girlfriend and grandmother last week.
The pep rally is scheduled for 6pm outside the Hesburgh Library/Touchdown Jesus.
If weather becomes an issue, the pep rally will be moved indoors to Purcell Pavilion.
