David Robinson is considered one of the best big man basketball players of all-time.
Now, it's his son Corey who is looking to make a big impact.
The younger Robinson isn't a 7-footer like his dad but 6'4" and growing isn't bad either for a Notre Dame wide receiver.
Corey Robinson is turning heads in camp so far with his remarkable ability catch just about any ball thrown in his direction. During Saturday's practice, Robinson was able to out maneuver starting cornerback Bennett Jackson on two occasions during a scrimmage. In fact, one of the two catches was one handed while Robinson was on his back.
"Oh yeah, he's unbelievable," says Irish backup quarterback Andrew Hendrix. "Every since he came in, he's done a great job. He's a hard worker, came from a great family obviously. It's fun working with him every day."
Irish coach Brian Kelly has been impressed as well.
"He's got to get stronger and more physical but there's no question, he can help us on the perimeter," Kelly says. "He catches the football--he consistently catches the football. It doesn't matter who he goes up against, if the ball is put in the right position, he's going to come down with it."
