If Notre Dame can stop Denard Robinson Saturday, there is likely no way the Irish lose against Michigan under the lights at Notre Dame Stadium.

But it obviously won't be easy to stop him.

Two years ago, Robinson torched Notre Dame for 502 total yards. Last year, the Irish actually had him stopped---for three quarters-- before he exploded in the 4th to lead the Maize and Blue back from 17 points down to an incredible last second victory.

Scary food for thought. Robinson is hungry for more.

"I did well but I want to do better this year," Robinson told mgoblue.com, confirming he wants to play even better than he did the last two years against the Irish. "Oh yeah. This is the big game. This is my last year here so I want to make the most of it and I want Team 133 to make the most of this."

The Irish know they will have their hands full.

"He's a superior football player," Irish coach Brian Kelly said this week. "He's a difference maker. So we have to find a way to limit big chunk plays, just like we have the first few weeks. It's about our defense not giving up those big, chunk plays."
