On Thursday night, we recapped Notre Dame’s victory over Michigan back on September 22nd.
Irish fans turned out wearing leis in support of Manti Te’o. The defensive all-star lost two loved ones earlier in the month but still came out in full force to defeat MSU the week before.
Michigan tried pulled some tricky plays throughout the game, but time after time the Irish intercepted their efforts.
Brian Kelly called on Tommy Rees to take over as quarterback, and Rees turned out to score the only touchdown of the night on a run. Then Rees made the key play of the game, finding Tyler Eifert to clinch the 13-7 victory over the Maize and Blue.
