Washington wins Spirit Award
On the field, South Bend Washington hasn't had the greatest of successes this season.
The Panthers are 0-5.
But that doesn't mean their fans and community have given up on them.
In fact, the Washington faithful were the most spirited group on Friday Night Football last week!
The Panthers took home Week 5's Spirit Award.
They receive a plaque and a check for $100 courtesy of Pizza Hut.
The nominees for week 6's Spirit Award are Penn, Clay, Marian, Niles and Edwardsburg.
