Irish begin "Training Camp" on Sunday

Sunday may have been September 16th, but it was August 6th for the Notre Dame football team.

The Irish began what Charlie Weis is calling "Training Camp" in search of answers following an 0-3 start.

Following a 38-0 loss to Michigan on Saturday, Weis said the team is starting from scratch.

They did not review the game tape Sunday. Instead Notre Dame replaced meetings with practice.

It was the first team offense versus the first team defense.
