The Silverhawks will have another home game after all.
After a 2-hour, 22 minute relay delay, the Hawks put away the Dayton Dragons 7-5 in Game 3 of the best of 3 series.
South Bend open the 2nd round's best of 3 series at home on Saturday against West Michigan. Gametime is 3pm at the Cove.
The Hawks lost the first game of the Dragons' series at home on Wednesday. Games two and three moved to Dayton, where South Bend swept to advance.
And after a grueling Friday night, the Hawks jumped back on a bus to head back to Michiana to play host to the 2nd round on Saturday.
