Niles All-Stars to Senior Little League World Series

Every baseball kid's dream growing up is to play in the Little League World Series.

When you are 15, you are a little too old for that.

But you aren't too old for the Senior Little League World Series.

That's where the Niles All-Stars are headed. The team is currently en route, on an all expenses paid trip to Bangor, Maine.

The Indiana State champs won the Midwest Regional earlier in the week to qualify.

They play their first game Sunday night at 8PM against Venezuela.

Meanwhile, parents are scrambling to try and be there to watch their kids play in a once in a lifetime experience.

Their travel is not paid for, so taking days off of work and making plane arrangements with just days notice isn't easy. But a number of them will be there.
