Craig Biggio homered and Luke Scott had 3 RBI as the Astros made it three in a row against the Cubs on Wednesday. It's the first time since 1999 that Houston has swept Chicago in Houston.

Carlos Zambrano had his worst outing in about two months as the Astros had no trouble with the righthander's offerings. The good news for the Cubs is that the Brewers continue to lose. Milwaukee fell to Colorado, 19-4.

In the minor leagues, former Irish star Grant Johnson got the win as Tennessee beat West Tennessee, 6-5. Earlier this week, Johnson's former teammate, Jeff Samardzija got the win for the Smokies in his AA debut
