Jason Marquis has had a history of not being able to keep opposing batters from taking him deep. He had trouble giving up the deep ball in Atlanta, St. Louis and now with the Cubs.
Friday night it happened again. Freddy Sanchez and Xavier Nady hit solo shots after the Cubs had tied the game at two as Pittsburgh won over Chicago, 6-2.
The Cubs are now 5 1/2 games back of the Brewers in the division
