Cubs let another slip away

The Cubs fell for the sixth straight game on Saturday as Atanta made it two straight at Wrigley. The final was 5-3.

Chicago had a 3-0 lead but the Braves Yunel Escobar, playing in his first major league game, knocked in the go-ahead run in the 8th and Andruw Jones added insurance with a solo shot in the 9th.

The day after Carlos Zambrano and Michael Barrett fought in the dugouut, manager Lou Piniella reached the boiling point in the 8th after Angel Pagan was thrown out at third base. As Piniella meldown's go, Lou's effort was an 8.
