Jeff Weaver was one of the mainstays last fall of the St. Louis rotation that won the World Series. He decided to sign with Seattle and the Mariners are likely questioning their decision.
Weaver was tagged repeatedly as the Tigers won over the Mariners, 7-3. Magglio Ordonez and Brandon Inge both homered off Weaver who is now 1-6 on the season.
The Tigers are now 21-12 on the season
