Bobcats Receive Championship Jewelry

6 weeks ago they made Hoosier history by becoming the first Indiana school to ever win State in both boys and girls basketball.

Today, the players and coaches of the Oregon-Davis Bobcats received Championship Rings to remember their historic acheivement as part of the festivities honoring them before the Silver Hawks game against Wisconsin.

It was supposed to be a simple ceremony where the teams got to enjoy a baseball game and throw out the first pitch. It turned in to much more when the Oregon-Davis School Corporation surprised the team with the rings.

No one, including the coaches, had any idea they would receive championship rings.

Oregon-Davis also presented the Silver Hawks with a basketball signed by each player from both the boys and girls teams.
