After torrential rains swamped PNC Park in Pittsburgh Tuesday night, the Cubs and PIrates had their games suspended until today. That was just fine wtih Chicago as they won by the score of 8-6. Rocky Cherry got his first major league win in the triumph.
The weather was great for the day game and the Cubs responded with an easy win. Jason Marquis had no trouble and got plenty of support as the Cubs won, 7-1. Chicago wins the series, taking two of three. Alfonso Soriano homered for the second time in as many days while Marquis moved his record with the Cubs to 4-1.
