The Tigers and Blue Jays had a good 'ole fashion pitcher's duel tonight in Toronto in an extra-inning Blue Jay win.
Jeremy Bonderman pitched 9 innings while Toronto's Roy Halladay pitched the first 10-inning complete game in two years for the win.
The Tigers tied the game at 1 in the 2nd on a Magglio Ordonez home run. From there neither team scored until the Jays got a sac fly in the 10th for the win.
At Wrigley, the Cubs opened up an early 5-0 lead thanks to a home run from ace pitcher Carlos Zambrano.
But Big Z could not hold the lead. The Reds would score six runs in the 5th, including the final two on bases loaded walks to take a 6-5 lead. That would be the final.
The loss was the 6th straight for the Cubs.
The White Sox, meanwhile, defeated Cleveland 6-4. Juan Uribe and Jermaine Dye led the way with home runs.
