Sophomore quarterback Nate Montana will leave Notre Dame for the fall semester to enroll at Pasadena City College. As quoted at NDFootballGlory.com, the oldest son of Joe Montana wants to get some snaps on the field this fall and then return to Notre Dame.
Montana would likely be fourth string behind JImmy Clausen, Dayne Crist and Evan Sharpley.
There is no problem with grades, coaches, teammates or Notre Dame according to Montana, he just wants to play this fall before returning to the university
