Now is the time that the college football pre-season magazine's are hitting the newstands and Phil Steele's annual publication is among the best if not the best.
Steele puts a ton of research into his publication and his accuracy rate as to what he thinks will happen in a season borders on the uncanny.
He named his pre-season All-America team on Tuesday. Irish big play threat Golden Tate was named to the first team offense as a wide receiver. Teammate Sam Young was chosen as a second team offensive tackle.
Michigan punter Zoltan Mesko was named as the first team punter.
