Contreras bombs again as Rangers pound Sox 6-0

Jose Contreras lasted less than four innings and could now be on his way out of the starting rotation as the White Sox lost to the Rangers 6-0.

Contreras gave up five runs on six hits in 3 2/3 innings, dropping to 0-5 on the season. Only 3 of the 5 runs were earned as his ERA jumped to 8.19.

The White Sox had just four hits on Matt Harrison who pitched a complete game shutout for the Rangers, improving to 3-2 on the year.
