Earlier in the day, she was named Gatorade's Player of the Year for the state of Michigan.
At night, she was leading the Tigers to a Class A Regional Championship.
Williams scored 34 points as Benton Harbor beat Grand Rapids Forest Hills Central 65-61 Thursday night to advance to the state quarterfinals.
Katelyn Cousins scored 30 for Central, who kept it tight the whole way.
Benton Harbor is now 23-2 on the season and will face East Lansing in the Elite 8.
East Lansing took care of Michiana's other area team, Niles, in another Regional Final.
The Vikings were no match for the state's top ranked team, which improved to 26-0 with a 62-34 win.
The state quarterfinal game will be Tuesday at 7pm at Lansing-Everett.
In Class D action, St Joseph Michigan Lutheran lost to Athens 62-47.
