Irish womens hoops team heads to OKC

The seniors on the ND womens basketball team had never qualified for the NCAA Sweet 16. Now they have after the overtime win over Oklahoma at Purdue.

Now the Irish get the chance to pull one of the biggest upsets in the history of the sport. On Sunday, ND faces Tennessee in Oklahoma City. The Lady Vols are the defending champs and have never lost to an Irish team. UT will be gunning for an 8th NCAA title. Pat Sumiitt has won more college games than any other coach in history, male or female.

The game will tip about 9:30pm on Sunday
