Indiana Pacers players Jamaal Tinsley and Marquis Daniels are set to be tried on charges stemming from a February 2007 bar fight.
Tinsley faces a felony charge of intimidation and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and intimidation in the fight at the 8 Seconds Saloon. Daniels is charged with battery and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.
The trial begins Monday and is expected to last three to four days with nearly 20 witnesses scheduled. Both men deny the charges.
According to a police report, the manager of the bar said Tinsley threatened to kill him during the fight.
