A judge in Houghton says ESPN must provide the relatives of George Gipp with any materials it has related to the exhumation of the legendary Notre Dame halfback's body.

The football star died in 1920 of pneumonia.

His remains were dug up in October 4th for DNA testing to determine whether he had fathered his girlfriend's child.

The results were negative.

ESPN crews recorded the exhumation for a planned newsmagazine program.

Two of Gipp's distant cousins sued over what they said was the disturbing of the remains of another relative.
