Clay High School hosted the Individual Wrestling Regionals on Saturday.
One of the highlights of the day was at 189 pounds as Triton's Chad Ulmer and Plymouth's Caleb Norville needed overtime to determine the Regional Champion.
Ulmer picked up the points in sudden victory and let out a whole lot of emotion in the win.
The Triton senior shared a huge hug with his mom Missy as he picked up his 37th and most important win of the season.
At 215 pounds, defending State Champion George Malone avenged a near defeat earlier in the week during team regionals. Malone pinned Mishawaka's Dave Balentine, the very man who had Malone on his back Wednesday night and almost handed Malone his first loss of the year.
At heavyweight, Randy Morin of Mishawaka won a tought battle With Plymouth's Justin Deurloo. Morin is 33-2 on the season.
At 171 pounds, Culver Military's Branden James improved to 42-0 on the season with a 10-0 win over Mishawaka's Caleb Norville.
