Tony Dungy coming back to coach

Tony Dungy said Monday that he sees his job as the Colts head coach a job, but also a ministry. After his team was eliminated in the playoffs, Dungy talked with his family about whether or not to return as head coach.

On Monday, Dungy announced that he would return. Jim Caldwell, the team's associate head coach, will handle more administrative duties so that Dungy can spend more time with this family which recently moved to Tampa. One thing that Dungy will do is be able to watch his son play high school football on Friday nights.

Dungy led the Colts to the championship of Super Bowl XLI in January of 2007
