Make it 16-0 for the Pats

The New York Giants had the Patriots down by double digits in the second half but that was simply the wake-up call that Tom Brady and company needed to rally and win, 38-35. New England finishes 16-0 on the season.

Tom Brady threw a pair of touchdown passes to Randy Moss as both players set NFL records for the season. Brady broke Peyton Manning's record for scoring tosses while Moss bested Jerry Rice's mark for touchdown receptions.

Eli Manning gave the Giants a 28-16 lead in the third quarter on a scoring pass to Amani Toomer but New England rallied with 22 straight points.

The Giants scored late to make the final, 38-35.
