White back at Practice for St. Joe

The St. Joseph Indians held their final practice at home on Thanksgiving morning.

All-time leading rusher Jordan Taylor sat out once again with a hamstring injury.

Taylor is doubtful for Saturday's game against Chatard in the Class 3a State finals.

The Indians did get good news Thursday.

Junior running back Dustin White, who has missed the last two days of practice with strep throat, returned to action on Thursday.

White appears good to go for Saturday.

St. Joe leaves for Indy at 6:45 Friday morning. They will practice at the RCA Dome at 11:30am.

The Indians are making their first trip to the Dome since 1995, when they won it all.

Their opponent, Indy Chatard, is making its 3rd straight appearance, having won it all last season. The Trojans have won State 6 times in the last 11 years.

Kickoff from the RCA Dome is noon on Saturday.
