Cleveland Browns receiver Braylon Edwards' best play of the season may have taken place off the field.
The Detroit native and former University of Michigan star paid the funeral and burial expenses for a 15-year-old heart transplant patient.
Edwards visited Denzel Douglas on October 16th at the Cleveland Clinic, and gave him a signed Number 17 jersey and a game ball from Cleveland's win over Miami.
Denzel underwent a heart transplant in July 2006, but he died a week ago yesterday. He'll be buried Friday in his favorite player's jersey with the football at his side.
