After being shut out in the second game at Ferris State last weekend, the Notre Dame hockey team exploded against Lake Superior State on Thursday. The final was 7-3.
After the Lakers Zac McVoy received a game misconduct, the Irish scored twice on the 5-minute power play to clinch the contest. ND is now 3-1 in CCHA play.
Same teams will face off on Friday night at the Joyce Center
